At 1&1, we hold regular internal seminars from language courses to training courses in soft skills and specific programmes for employees who wish to become a manager or expert.

Together with your line manager, choose what would be beneficial to both you and your work. Many of our seminars are held internally or are provided in an E-Learning format. All of our internal seminars are tailored to your exact needs, because they’re only on offer to our staff. You can also participate in external seminars if required. Our experts from the Corporate People & Organisational Development team are there to help you with choosing suitable programmes.

We offer our key players special support programmes. This targeted, intensive support enables our employers to climb the career ladder faster. We have established the 1&1 Graduate Programme for especially talented and committed university graduates. We also support our managerial staff and experts with special potential, with the 1&1 Move programme, which was given the 2013 HR Excellence Award.
